Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the Royal Mail's First Class Large Letter service and include a contribution towards packaging costs.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the rest of the world.

When ordering from another country we waive any applicable UK taxes but it is possible that your country will charge its own customs and import charges to pay on delivery/collection of the package. These are your responsibility and we suggest referring to your national tax authority's website for more information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. After this your order will be in the hands of the postal services and you should refer to the estimated shipping time mentioned at the time of ordering to predict when it might arrive. Please note these are estimates provided by the postal services and delays can occur.

At the time where we begin shipping higher value items we will introduce a tracked shipment service so that you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes at the moment.
